When you call, email or start a WhatsApp request, you may provide your name, phone number, appliance or service type, address or district, photographs and details of the issue. The website itself does not submit the service form to a Baytqan database; it prepares a message for you to review and send through WhatsApp.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, schedule technicians, provide quotations, carry out services, process payments, handle feedback and improve customer support.
Cookies and analytics
The site stores your language choice and cookie preference on your device. With your consent, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure page visits, device and browser information, and actions such as clicking call or WhatsApp buttons. Retention and sharing
Service information is kept only as reasonably needed for the enquiry, service administration, legal requirements and customer support. Information may be shared with assigned technicians and service providers only where needed to deliver the requested service.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct or request deletion of information held by Baytqan by emailing info@baytqan.com. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations.
